Traveling to a far away destination is always exciting, but planning for the trip most likely won’t be as much fun. Lots of people go on a vacation or business trip, but most of us dread planning for it. Packing a suitcase can be a frightening thought for some, but it also can be pretty scary trying to decide on where to travel. Since most of us are looking for advice from friends on just about everything, why not include traveling to the discussion.
The Beta site, Gogobot, is a revolutionary travel site that provides travelers with recommendations from friends and followers on Facebook or Twitter. Easily sign in using either one of these social sites or with an email address to ask questions and to receive information about places to travel from those you are already connected to.
Get inspired for your next trip with photos, reviews, and recommendations from others using Gogobot. Share reviews of places you have visited and recommend hotels to stay at. Create a trip passport by recording where you have been and sharing tips about places you have stayed, on your very own “Trip Page”. Gogobot will take the information you posted and instantly link it to photos, maps, opening hours and other useful information, so you won’t have to waste time doing that yourself. As if receiving all of this wasn’t good enough, On March 24th, Gogbot announced that it was integrating with Expedia, Kayak, Hotels.com, Orbitz, and Priceline, so that users could directly book flights and hotels on the site.
There are many reasons why travelers should experience Gogobot for themselves, but to put it simply, it makes travel planning more fun, recommending places to travel to, a lot simpler, and sharing places traveled, a lot easier to do.
